Since acquiring SMOKENDERS in 2002, we planed to re-launch our proven behavior-modificaton programmes for smoking cessation in Europe. Because the European market is somewhat fragmented, and because local representation is critical to success, we decided to seek an European partner. The process was not easy, however, I am delighted to report that we have reached an agreement with Free4Ever, a company based in Bad Salzuflen, Germany.
As part of the search process, we sought assistance from our international clients. Free4Ever was highly recomended. During our discussions and negotations with Free4Ever we discovered that a great deal of compatibility and mutuality of philosophy and methodologies exist between our two companies.
